The Building management will not hold any key for the units. In case of loss of keys, please contact Tenant Relation.

The Building Management is authorized to force open the door using emergency tools without prior Permission from the Owner or Resident in case of an emergency indication such as fire, smoke, flooding, strong odors and other life threatening emergency situation. The repair/replacement costs Of the broken parts of the door because of this condition will be charged automatically to the Respective Owner or Resident.
